Our offers are designed to deliver speaking methods through online sessions, personalized guidance, and premium tools. We aim to maintain a clear, fair, and respectful policy for both the participant and facilitator. 🧾 Legal Right to Withdraw (EU Law) As per EU regulations, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services within 14 days of purchase — unless the service begins during that period and the customer has expressly agreed to waive that right. When you enroll in Speak with Purpose (Core, Deep Dive, or VIP), and receive access to digital materials or live sessions, you expressly waive your 14-day withdrawal right under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. ✅ By enrolling, you acknowledge that access begins immediately and agree to waive the statutory right of withdrawal. 🔁 Cancellation & Refund Terms 🟠 Core Course (€149–€197) Cancel 5+ days before course start → Full refund (minus €15 admin fee) Cancel within 4 days of course start → No refund, but: ✔ You may transfer your ticket to another participant ✔ Or receive a credit for a future cohort (valid for 6 months) 🔵 Deep Dive (€249) Deep Dive bookings are non-refundable due to the small group format and limited spots You may: ✔ Reschedule to a future cohort (within 6 months) ✔ Or transfer your seat to another person (at least 48 hours before start) 🔴 VIP 1:1 Experience (€499–€599) VIP packages are non-refundable You may reschedule your 1:1 session once, with at least 48 hours' notice Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable and non-reschedulable 📨 Digital Product Access Once live access has been granted or course materials delivered, refunds are no longer applicable under EU law, as services are considered started and consumed.
